You should always have complete access to your website to make any changes
you want. The real questions are: 1) do you have the time
to maintain the site? and 2) do you have the skills to
make changes without ruining the integrity of the site design? The answers to those questions
will depend on what kinds of changes you want to make and how frequently
they will be made.
